Since I was very young I have loved photography and digital design. In 5th grade, I started a digital design Instagram and I received a lot of recognition. I had thousands of followers but I soon started getting embarrassed so I deleted the account. In 7th grade, I started doing Photography, I got a camera for Christmas and haven't put it down since. From then on I have worked with brands like "Southern Girl Prep", "Pura Vida" and much more. I even sometimes have photoshoots for people, including senior causals, couple portraits, creative photography, and family photography. In the middle of high school, I joined my church's social media team. My church is a heavy media coordinated church and is known for its high-quality social media content. I make montages, take pictures, edit, make graphics. These are basic skills for social media marketing. As I continue building these skills I one day want to become a social media marketer and manager. I already have a pretty solid social media following, I hope it continues to grow throughout college as I get a degree in communications, and graphic design followed by a degree in marketing. Once I complete college and earn my three degrees, I hope to have increased my following. Followed by interning or having a job at a company like Instagram or Youtube. As I learn and develop more skills, I would like to start my social media and marketing company. The company will teach people how to brand themselves and how to work with companies themselves independently. Teaching normal people how to become their own CEOs and working from home. This will be taught by explaining the basic skills of social media, photography, videography, and digital design. Social media skills include posting times, how to attract more people to your feed, and building your own aesthetic on your platforms. As a social media marketer, you have to have your independent beliefs and stand up for what you believe in promoting the brands you love and overall make your like look aesthetically pleasing. I want the future young people to make their own money not work for a CEO, and they become their own CEO. This will create fewer 9 to 5 jobs, while still being successful. I believe I can make my ideas come to fruition and I can't wait to see what my future has in store!
