I grew up in Southern California and now live in San Francisco. My background is in food, real estate, and agriculture. My early career was spent working on my family's avocado and lemon farm in Camarillo, CA, followed by a few years of living in Sao Paulo, Brazil working across Latin America. From there, I went to graduate school, getting a JD/MBA at Penn. Today, I'm the co-founder/COO of ZBiotics – the world's first maker of genetically engineered probiotics.
