I was born and raised in central Connecticut, and grew up in the same farmhouse that's been in my mom's family since her grandparents immigrated to the United States. My mom is a waitress and my dad was a cameraman for a local news station before founding his own video production company. Strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial spirit are in my blood.
In high school I was very involved in music (choir) and theater. I loved reading and writing, and decided to major in English with a focus on journalism. I attended Fairfield University in Fairfield, CT where I earned my Bachelor's degree.
Upon graduation, I found myself wanting to explore other career paths and was introduced to a partner at Daversa Partners, a leading Executive Recruiting firm. I've been fortunate to help build Daversa from a small company to one of the leading executive recruiting firms globally. I'm passionate about the tech industry, helping match disruptive companies with the best talent, and mentoring my team as they build their own careers.
Outside of work, my husband and I are busy renovating our dream home in the CT river valley area. We are doing all of the renovations ourselves and it has been a huge labor of love. We have a sweet labroador retriever puppy named Copper, and two grumpy cats who tolerate his presence (barely). I love to travel, cook, practice yoga, and spend time with my large extended family.
