Who I Am

A Little About Me

I am the Founder of Live Greatly, a wellness expert, Keynote Speaker, consultant, and top 100 self improvement Podcast Host sharing a unique and inspiring message with the world. As an Integrative Medicine Fellow, Physician Assistant, and Reiki Master, I founded Live Greatly to share my findings on how best to achieve optimal health in mind, body, & spirit and attain success. I was born in Chicago, IL and I knew early on that I wanted to be in a field where I could make a positive impact on people's lives. I graduated with a Master's as a Physician Assistant in 2006 and I practiced in Pediatric Pulmonary for a period of time and then transitioned to Plastic Surgery and Dermatology. I then was a stay at home mom to my beautiful children for 6 years which was a wonderful experience. I decided to reignite my career after a loved one’s stage 4 cancer diagnosis awakened a burning desire in me to explore and examine what wellness truly means. I practiced clinically in Integrative Psychiatry and Functional Medicine and furthered my education as an Integrative Medicine Fellow via the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine through the University of Arizona. I decided to leave clinical practice and start Live Greatly at the end of 2019 to share my message and insights on a larger scale. I am a believer that Mindset is Everything, and I strive to push past the boundaries of fear to live life fully from a place of love and joy. I have a unique perspective on optimizing physical and mental health and building resilience. I love sharing my message as a Keynote Speaker and I also showcase my knowledge and expertise through my Podcast series “Live Greatly” where I also get to talk with incredible individuals making a positive impact on the world. I am passionate about teaching and am a University lecturer, and an Adjunct PBL Facilitator for Feinberg School of Medicine Northwestern University Physician Assistant Program. I am an advocate for employee and student wellness and have online courses to optimize well-being and performance. I am available as a speaker and consultant for Businesses and Universities and have specialized packages tailored to fit the needs of your organization. I will motivate your team, optimize employee well-being, and guide you in strategies to improve performance. Visit to view all of my services and to contact me. Meditation has changed my life, and I am a Meditopia Ambassador with a mission of bridging the gap between conventional Western Medicine and Integrative and Holistic healing modalities including meditation and mindfulness. My personal interests include running, spin, yoga, meditation, spending time in nature, travel, and spending time with my family, friends, dog, and bunny.
