Brit, fluent in French, studied International Management at Southampton Solent University, UK, in addition to PR, communications, marketing and advertising at SKEMA International Business School, France. Lived and worked in 7 countries, dedicated myself to helping clients succeed in diverse markets and industries worldwide. I began my career in the hotel industry in the south of France and quickly realized that I needed to acquire experience elsewhere before I could move forward professionally. My drive and determination took me to New York City where I became fluent in marketing destinations, event spaces and tourism bureaus worldwide to the NA market. I took that experience back to France with me where I became the marketing and events manager for an internationally renowned company which produces VIP events at the Formula 1 Grand Prix worldwide. I made a permanent move back to the U.S. where I remained working with F1 for the United States Grand Prix and then became the Marketing Manager for IQPC, creating and executing marketing plans for multiple events nationally, handling 8 to 10 clients at a time. Following the invaluable new skills and experience I obtained from those positions, I became the Director of Marketing and Communications for Montclair Golf Club, a private club with 2 large locations in New Jersey, USA with a combined member/staff number of 1000+. At MGC I was brought in to determine the creative direction for a complete brand makeover, creating and executing new marketing and communication strategies to increase new business and maintain current membership. I am currently working freelance on project-based work and looking for a new team to join and a new challenge to take on!
