I was born in Honduras, raised in San Diego, and currently reside in Utah. Professionally, I've been described as adaptable, dependable, and innovative. On a more personal level, I've been told I'm resilient, open-minded, and goofy!
I attended the University of California San Diego in 2010 and graduated in 2014 with a B.S in Cognitive Science. After graduating, I started my career in tech at Cammy as their first customer support rep in North America. After Cammy closed their doors, I decided to work for EasyPost as their first support hire in UT. I made my mark at EasyPost by assuming a leadership role. I trained and mentored new hires, contributed to process improvements, and built cross-functional relationships that helped to catalyze the creation of a UX team at EasyPost.
On my free time, I love spending time with my two beautiful daughters. We enjoy going to parks, skipping rocks at the river, riding bikes, and building forts. I'm a big sports fan and love to play soccer. During football season, I spend my Sundays mostly glued to an Eagles or Chargers game. My wife and I are huge food and coffee fans and love to venture!
