Who I Am

A Little About Me

Originally from upstate NY, I moved to South Carolina at 19 for an opportunity with Sonic Drive-In. At 21 I became an owner-operator of my own store and built it from the ground up. I later worked with a national social enterprise, Juma Ventures in San Diego, California where I helped scale the operation from 3 cities and 8 business units  (stadiums) to 6 cities and 12 business units. I earned my MBA from Babson College in Wellesley, MA where I won all of the college's top honors, the coveted Roger W. Babson award, the Sorenson Scholar, and the Dean's Scholarship. I've done multiple marathons & triathlons, earned my pilot's certificate, and have done advanced aerobatics. I volunteer several times per year as a mentor to other startups, as a judge at business competitions, and guest lecturer at Villanova University in the college of Entrepreneurship & Engineering.

Interesting Factoid
