Heather Hardcastle is the Chef & Co-Owner of Flour Craft Bakery with two locations in the SF Bay Area of CA. Heather is a native Californian who grew up obsessed with two things, horses & growing produce in her family's garden. She has taken her love for freshest seasonal food and transformed that into her life's work, to 'build community through healthy food'. She believes that food should be accessible to all, hyper-seasonal, and deeply nourishing. When not in one of her restaurant kitchens developing new recipes for her menu, you can still find Heather on the back of a horse, traveling the world with her husband, Rick, or hiking the trails of Marin County with her two Corgis, Flora & Walnut.
