Charice Grace is a marketing professional with 20+ years’ experience in CPG launching close to 100 items. She credits her 13.5-year tenure at Bimbo Bakeries for her CPG skills and technical marketing discipline. At Bimbo Bakeries USA she was responsible for launching the first ever gluten-free bread, Goodbye Gluten, in 9 months. The success from the launch earned Charice’s participation in Grupo Bimbo’s prestigious leadership program in Mexico City.
Charice was also responsible for launching the Otis Spunkmeyer sweet baked goods product line into the commercial grocery aisle for ARYZTA North America. At its peak, Otis Spunkmeyer had sales over $450M.
In addition to marketing and sales, Charice is passionate about giving back and has ensured that every brand she’s worked on is involved with sponsorship / partnership including national agencies like United Way, Feeding America, and Back On My Feet to regional non-profit agencies such as schools, local food banks, churches, etc.
Charice has been a vegan for 12 years and enjoys spending time with her family, baking, exercising, and traveling.
