Who I Am  

A Little About Me

I grew up in Vancouver - also known as Raincouver - in a household with two entrepreneurs. In such an environment, I became very interested in business very early. I was particularly interested in the risk aspect of business operations. This is why I choose to go to University of Wisconsin - Madison for its top risk management program in the states. Currently, I am a rising junior studying finance, risk management, and information systems.

Student peer tutor

• Conduct five hours per week of concise and reliable learning support to five student-athletes through flexible online interactions • Publish customized study sets for each of the five students to tailor the support that fit their respective unique learning styles • Attain Outstanding Undergraduate Tutor Award through demonstrating integrity, responsibility, and adaptability, which enabled the student-athletes to achieve an outstanding grade in their respective classes and gain confidence in their class-specific knowledge

• Balance the semesterly budget of $5,000 for the purpose of executing four educationally stimulating events per semester • Forecast upcoming semesterly expenses by analyzing historical expenditures and estimate future costs through MS Excel • Collected over $1,000 in revenue from creative fundraises, such as Sing-Off, that attracted over five-hundred current UW-Madison students over the span of 3 months to raise awareness and advocate for the growing Queer community on campus
